1. General Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players who use the barma8 platform ("User" or "you") and barma8 ("Platform", "we").

By accessing the barma8 website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are deemed to have read and silently accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the website immediately.

2. Account Registration

To play at barma8, you must have a registered personal account. When registering, you must fill in your correct personal details only.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account at barma8. Re-registering with a different phone number, email, or any other method is strictly prohibited. If this is found, all such accounts will be suspended and any remaining balance may be confiscated.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide when registering must be accurate and complete. barma8 cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from false or third-party information being used. When requesting a withdrawal, you may be required to go through a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm your registered details.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep your login credentials and password confidential. Sharing your account with others or using it to provide services for financial gain is prohibited. Any game activity or fund transfer made through your account is considered your own action.

3. Age Restriction

The barma8 platform is available to users aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to play any game, make deposits, or make withdrawals.

If it is found at registration that you are under 21, your account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be confiscated. barma8 strictly prohibits all dealings with underage players.

4. Deposits / Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. After depositing, the funds should appear in your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact customer support with your proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit.

4.3 Financial Screening

barma8 has the right to review all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Transfers suspected of money laundering, fraud, or hacking may be suspended. If this occurs, additional information may be requested to complete the review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

When you make your first deposit at barma8, you can receive a 100% bonus on your deposit amount, up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. Since the 20,000 Ks bonus must be multiplied by 15, you must wager 300,000 Ks before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. When you receive the maximum 100,000 Ks bonus — for example, if you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus giving a balance of 320,000 Ks — you must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks before a withdrawal is allowed.

5.2 Bonus Agreement

Once a bonus is received, you are considered to have agreed to the terms associated with that bonus. No bonus is guaranteed by barma8, and withdrawals are blocked until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met.

5.3 Promotions

barma8 may offer additional promotions from time to time. You must read the individual terms of each promotion carefully before participating. If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and action may be taken.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Playing Games

At barma8, you can play slots, live casino, football betting, fish shooting games, and cockfighting games. By playing any game, you are considered to have accepted its terms of play, and it is understood that the player makes all decisions themselves.

6.2 Reversal of Game Decisions

Once a game result has been settled, no complaint can be submitted to request a reversal of that decision. If any technical error causes a change to an already-settled game result, barma8's investigation outcome will be the final reference.

6.3 Football Betting

The reference odds offered for each football match may change. A bet placed before the match starts will be handled according to the official announcement if the match is cancelled or suspended due to an unannounced event.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly forbidden —

• Hacking game results or using computer programs to play automatically
• Money transfers related to money laundering
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple different accounts
• Transfers with false transaction information
• Copying casino data and sharing it with third parties
• Deceiving or threatening barma8 staff
• Bonus hunting for a single player

Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of remaining balance, and legal action.

8. Account Suspension

8.1 Self-Closure by Player

If you wish to close your account yourself at any time, you can request this through customer service. This is part of our responsible gambling policy — if you feel you are gambling excessively, contact barma8 to restrict your account.

8.2 Suspension by barma8

If a violation of these terms is found, barma8 may close the account immediately without prior notice. How the remaining balance in the closed account is handled depends on the investigation related to the violation.
